Will my insurance be accepted?
Most major insurances are accepted; however, a week before your visit please confirm with your insurance that we are in network provider. We are expanding acceptance with insurance regularly, but please be sure to confirm prior to the appointment.
The office opened November 15, 2021. If you can not find Michelle James APN listed as provider then select Katosha Muse MD is the supervising physician for the practice.
The office currently is not accepting Tricare and is out of network for most plans purchased on the Healthcare.gov website.
However, you may wish to pay for services and you are welcome to call the office for a fee schedule if you need medical attention.
Are we accepting new patients?
Yes, we are always accepting new patients! I do not accept children under 7 years old.
Is there parking available at the location?
Yes, validated parking is available. The parking is attached to the building. You will enter the parking lot off of Eastmoreland Ave. For further information about parking click the “Location” tab above.
